Samples Sample items are available by calling our sales consultants at 1-888-399-7464. These items will be billed and appropriate credit will be given upon authorized return and inspection of items. Sample items must be returned in 30 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping. "Discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt" Exchanges Items that need be exchanged please call our sales consultants at 1-800-399-2263 for assistance. All exchanges are responsible for the shipping cost of the new product out to them. Returns Return Procedure Choir-mart Accessories cannot accept returns unless a Return Authorization Number (RA#) has been issued. To obtain a RA# and the correct return address, please call Choir-mart Accessories sales consultants at 1-888-399-7464 or email sales@choir-martaccessories. Be prepared to provide the style number, color, size, quantity and reason for return. All packages returned without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be accessed an unauthorized return fee. Merchandise is non-returnable after 30 days of invoicing. Return Authorization (RA#) You are welcome to return most of our in stock merchandise within 30 days provided that the items are in new condition and all tags are still attached. Goods that are returned for reasons other than manufacturing defects are subject to a restocking fee. Due to health regulations: There are no returns or exchanges on opened shirts, briefs, tights, and body suit foundations/pants. Also merchandise that has been worn or altered cannot be returned. All custom items are non-returnable. |

 1. To Measure Height Have HIM or HER stand against a wall (shoeless). Place a flat ruler across top of head to wall. Measure from that point down to the floor. 2. To Measure Chest or Bust Measure HIM across shoulder blades and bring tape measure under his arms and across his chest. Measure HER across shoulder blades and bring tape measure under her arms and around the fullest part of her bust. 3. To Measure Waist Measure HIM or HER around the smallest part of the natural waist. 4. To Measure Seat or Hips Measure HIM around the fullest part of his seat. Measure HER around the fullest part of her hips. 5. To Measure Inseam Measure HIM or HER along the inner seam from the crotch to the bottom of leg. 6. To Measure Sleeve Measure with bent elbow, measuring from the center of back of neck, across the shoulder, down to elbow and from point of elbow to wristbone. |
